I love the selection of items at Typo and always look around at new season stuff. I love all the pop culture things and the variety of stationery. My favourite products are the writing books and pens. The smooth pens have such nice ink and are great to write with.The staff are helpful and are fantastic at what they do.

Terrible customer service from the manager. As a manager I'm so disgusted that a person like that works in this business. Will not return. The manager was rude and refused to wrap a parcel to protect a box from getting ruined. Then she was confrontational and her tone very argumentative. The part timer was lovey and was trying to excuse the manager terrible behaviour. She also refused to give her name and said go tell head office about me then. Which I did. Disgusting example of someone in this role.

I was three Sunday, the people on the counter were rude when I asked about some misleading signage that show a “sale price” on one section on the store. The customer service was non existent for myself or for other clients.

This is not a store, it's an experience! I love the interesting and quirky merchandise. A step above the ho-hum of the stores trying to be quirky. Makes me happy!

I visited the store today and found the staff condesending when I asked some questions. She was very rude when she talked to me. I know customer service you have to be fakely care for your customer but this was extremely rude at least fake it better. The time when I visited was around 1 pm.

I love this place! They so many novelty items for a cheap price. They often have sales (when I went in, they had 70% off everything), so keep an eye out for any flash deals as they are usually a good bargain. They also partner with various iconic shows, like Harry Potter, FRIENDS, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine so you can get items themed around those shows. I got a How you doin'?" (FRIENDS reference) mug for real cheap recently as well as new notebooks! Definitely would come again!"

We manage to get the ideal gifts from this great store. This made Christmas shopping much much easier for me and my wife! Besides that Do you have a white variety of cool gadgets, unique items.Customer service is great and the staff are friendly as!Typo Will never fail to surprise us, each week or two you will see they update the display and introduce new items will see you at the Queen’s store.Story short, they carry the cute or cool items that we got the empty gaps in one’s life!Highly recommend it to all busy too, students and locals.

Typical Typo and I mean it as a compliment. Some great fun and quirky stuff to buy and at a reasonable price. Some really cool stationery stuff.
