Ongoing IT

Easily the best IT service in town, hands down. Brett is a great communicator, fantastic at his job, and a man of considerable integrity. He lowered the price of the keyboard repair I wanted to do once he found a keyboard that was at an 80% discount, and lowered the price by 60 bucks than what it was after my first visit. It also helps that he doesn't have any official open hours. His shop is managed by his wife from 9 to 5, but he will help you out at any hour (excluding the very late evening and very early morning I assume) if you text him about it beforehand. He got the keyboard done within a day, which I picked up the day after. No fuss, nothing. Just about everything went as intended, no mishaps, no mistakes, no miscommunications, no misanythings. Honestly I could not recommend Ongoing IT more. You won't regret it at all whatsoever.

Brett was absolutely fantastic. He was very flexible, efficient, and just a lovely guy. My laptop was fixed much faster than originally told which was a great surprise. I will 100% be going back to Ongoing IT if I have any future technology problems.

This man Brett is a true hero of the game. Sorted my PC out better than I could have ever hoped for over a weekend in 24 hours. It's never looked or run so good. Very good communicator and have no hesitations suggesting his services to anyone in need. Will be enlisting his expertise for any future upgrades or help that I need. Also a genuinely good guy.

Messaged Brett at 8:00pm at night. Was getting responses within minutes about my queries. Went to drop off my computer, he was really in depth about what I was wanting to do with my pc. Brett was super accommodating, taking up our job request at a moment's notice on a Saturday morning. He did a stellar job in diagnosing what was wrong with our PC, and went above and beyond in writing up a report to help us make an insurance claim from the party responsible for damage.The service offered is also a lot more personal and in-depth than the other IT repair shop's we've been to. We're pretty sure that Brett has secured our business for the foreseeable future :)
