What a great new house.!!

We haven't built with Tuohy Homes but I know them by their wonderful reputation. However I just wanted to say how amazing these guys are. I am long time of the Breeze Wellington and over the last week it has come to light about a little boy James and his mum Nicola. James has a very rare disease (which is so rare it doesn't even have a name) and his brain is dying. He needs a special wheelchair but also needs the house adjusted to make room for the wheelchair. The bills just keep mounting up. Tuohy met with Nicola and James and Tuohy are going to help with the renovations to make the house perfect for his chair.Well done Tuohy - will be referring you to those I know who are building.Chrissy EdmundsQuinovic Thorndom Quay

Nice looking houses and build quality is good. Some aspects of the build could do with a design update. For example why the extra wall as you enter the master bedroom. Seems a waste of space. If I was buying one of these I would ask that the deck be extended along the whole of the front. Overall a well spec'd house, particularly the laundry.

Interesting to compare building styandards these days. Some good ideas and good use of lime wash.
