We always use ADWS to fix/add window latches and stays etc. Jaco and Ane are very professional - from making the appointment to paying the invoice the service is excellent - prompt with great communication. Jaco is friendly, arrives on time, works efficiently, always leaves the work area tidy, his prices are fair and always does a great job offering advice if required. I was suppose to do this review back in August but kept forgetting to. Giving this company 5 stars because of how honest the guy was that came out to check out our sliding door that we thought needed repairing as it wouldn't open. He said it was just stuck and so he managed to position it correctly and sure enough it open - no charge at all. If it were another person/company they would have charged us. So thank you appreciate it

Great service, highly recommend. I have a 1980s brown aluminium home which had a few broken window latches, sticky door handles and a sliding door with worn rollers. From initial contact I had a swift reply as to when someone would be round to quote. Quote was provided promptly after and on approval and order of parts and repairs were done in a timely manner. Will be saving this company’s details for future reference.
