I love this place!!! Especially their customer service is awesome! Everyone here is so kind and friendly. Not to mention their fabulous products suit me best. The sales guy Roberto is always very patient with my friends and me. I have extremely sensitive skin, but my skin is getting better and better with his help and useful suggestions. Definitely gonna be back and book more facial treatments:)

Had an amazing facial this morning done by Roberto. A big transformation. My skin is so soft.I would recommend using these products.I get hayfever really bad so Roberto used the Eye Serum Drops on my eyes, my eye area looks and feels a lot better and the swelling of my eyes isn’t as bad after using these drops.Thank you Roberto

Ash was a big help when trying to find the right products suitable for my face.I was offered to sample some of the products before purchasing and Ash made me feel super comfortable and cared for.I was surprised by how much dead skin was cleansed away after just one sample use of the Manuka honey exfoliating gel! The skin products I happily purchased left my face feeling fresh and glowing :)

Extremely pushy sales tactics. They manipulate you in attempt to purchase their overpriced products and get mad if you say no. Roberto the Italian tried to get me to spend $250 on a cream and turned red as marinara sauce after I said no. Be aware that they also delete their negative reviews and create fake 5 star reviews.

Ash from the Queen street store was amazing! She was so friendly and took the time to properly explain each product to me, making sure I understood how each one worked and how to correctly use. ❤️

I had a facial done at Origani, and OH MY GOD! What the f&@$ Ash really just changed my whole skin game. I am so impressed, she made me feel so at home and I felt comforted. Usually when I go to skincare stores I feel awkwarded out but guess what I found ASH and she really helped me feel relaxed and homely at Origani. 100% recommended definitely talk to ASH about ur skincare problems or whatever she will literally change your life and you will go home feeling Happy AS F&$@!!!!

Agree with some other reviews that they are deleting bad reviews. Also suspicious that most of these five star reviewers have no other review history..I usually dont care enough to leave reviews but this was the worst retail experience i’ve ever had. The salesperson at Queen st was extremely pushy and seemed to be making everything up as he went. Barely spoke about the product and went straight to talking about the price. Didn’t listen to a thing I said. Started to become hostile when I said I wasn’t interested. Products and salespeople seem like a scam, will be letting others know this too. Could at least attempt to be better salespeople lol, I used to be in sales and was actually shocked at how terrible this person was at trying to sell me these products. Dude needs to chill out.

Terrible sales techniques!! I just came in store for listening because I have time. First time sales person was nice and complemented me a lot. But he tried to sell me $250 peeling off gel,so I said I can’t afford to buy it today. Even I rejected it he still trying to sell me. So I feel scared and wanted to escape. I was making awkward smiles. Then he asked me “ why are you laughing!?” He was so rude and pushy.Once he understood that I can’t buy, he just said “ so you can’t buy it today, okay see you” . That all!!I doubt there’s many 5 star reviews on here is not real. I hope they not gonna delete my review.
