Great items and wonderful customer service. I recommend iFirst to all my friends for mobile accessories and computer repairs they are the best and has cheap prices compared to other stores.

Terrible products and terrible customer service. They do not give refunds despite this being law.

What a disaster. Bought a golf bag carry case. Asked if it didn't fit could I get my money back....'sure no problem'. When a put the golf bag into the carry case the seam split. When I approached them and asked for my money back they said 'no, it was your fault'. My advice.... don't go near these guys!

I purchased a galaxy watch 4 charger on trademe and came to pick it up at this place and the owner said that it was out of stock so I left but I returned the next day because on their trade me listing shows that it was available. I showed them the serial number and the lady said she already tried to charge my watch and it didn't charge but I still wanted to buy the charger anyways so her and the other lady started speaking in their language about me which I found very rude and appalling. I didn't listen and purchased it anyways because I wanted to try it for myself the Charger works perfectly fine as the watch was very flat and needed time to charge up. I'm glad I only spent $15 for the charger but after this unprofessional service I will never return.

DO NOT BUY HERE. Also the good comments are blatantly paid for. Lol.

Have gotten many odd things from this place, cheap and reliable and service was friendly. Even when one of the products had a slight problem, the issue was quickly solved with the help of the staff. 10/10 will definitely shop here again.
