I walked in from the street on a Sunday afternoon about 2pm.. I had an Idea that had been itching me for weeks and decided to explain my idea to this church..My Idea was that ALL churches and community centre make small or large gardens on the grounds of the church to help feed our growing poverty in New Zealand society, where as these gardens would contain veges and fruit to help feed the community whether they were part of the church or not, thus bringing more people to these churches and community centres along with helping a very big issue in our country..Being a church member who donates to the church MOST would want to see this money being put to work with helping EVERYBODY not just the immediate church, there would also be people more than willing to donate time and materials to help make these happen in every church as there is always people wanting to make a difference...However when I approached this church I was confronted by a Large man who stood 40 cm from my face, acting like he was staunching me out, telling me my idea was simplistic and I had no Idea what they do, deflecting my idea entirely and standing over me, I politely asked the man to give me space and he did not budge calling me cheeky".. At no stage was I "cheeky" I was merely putting forward an Idea I think is great and helps everybody concerned.. After the man not giving me room and staring me down the only Vibe I got was to leave this church ASAP...Now its my understanding anybody is welcomed to a church
