Asked for phone call consultation, promised to call back at 10am but didnt see anyone call me then at 11am got a call back for few seconds without hearing anything then hung up then i called back Dr Yoga has put note as patient no longer needed phone consultation" . Then Dr Wong called me for a phone consultation

Good doctors can’t complain at $15 for an adult to see a doctor

It has been our family doctor for over five years.Very friendly nurses, and knowledgeable staff. The Doctors are humorous, which is golden.And, it now has a chemist adjoining, which is such a bonus.

I was not satisfied with the service. Dr. Wong, one of the doctors, was fine, but the reception reception staff was incredibly rude and impatient with the patients. They spoke loudly and unprofessionally, and made me feel like my requests were unreasonable. In addition, they even went as far as to say that their nurses were lazy. I found this behavior to be completely unhelpful and disrespectful. As a patient, I expect to be treated with kindness and respect, and I did not receive that at this GP's office. The front desk staff's behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I would not recommend this GP to anyone. I hope that they can improve their customer service and show more compassion towards their patients in the future.

Make sure you ring before going in. I was turned away and told that they weren't accepting any casual appointments. When I asked if I could register with them I was told that they weren't accepting any registrations at the time as well.

They are still doing phone appointments and charging full fees for 5mins phone call. Really disappointed

I am a backpacker and just had a question regarding my e-medical papers but the woman at the reception sent us away before I could say a thing

I was previously with East Tamaki Health Care who have misdiagnosed me countless times. After waiting an hour plus at East Tamaki Health care I found almost all the doctors and staff had no interest in the patients well-being... they only wanted to get me out of the room and prescribe medicine.I am now very happy with Dr. Wong and all the friendly staff at Wiri medical. The place is always tidy, the staff are friendly and most importantly Dr. Wong is a very professional honest doctor. He takes the time to ask the relevant questions and I am very happy with the service I receive at Wiri medical. Highly recommend this practice 10/10
