Rude staff and a rip off would Not recommend any of their testing stations, that's what happens when a foreign company buys out vtnz

Trying to call manukau and sylvia park branches they refuse to answer the phones. Ohh yeah refers me to website which gives no information about my query. Needs to be updated.Manukau waited 25mins with it ringing and no answer. Sylvia park 10. Come on sort your branch staff out. Seems there is a poor culture and attitude issue at all places from the reviews.

I booked my restricted test back in August at Saturn place in north shore and had my date changed constantly (there was one where I had to change the date due to my exams taking place) I settled for the 16th of December and on the day they changed the date. (You get charged for changing the date within 48 hours of the test). So when we call the VTNZ they suggest us to head office. We call head office and wait well over an hour to get some sort of answer. So here’s what you guys at VTNZ can do1. Have provisions for if your testing officer gets covid (cause COVID’s not new) like maybe having more testing officers on standby2. For head office, get more people on the phone cause not everyone has got access to unlimited call time

The rechecks are poorly designed you need to be on the same line where you waited for hours for your COF than for recheck we need to come on line again even it's a simple fix we have business vehicle and time is important there shouldbe a Express service for all rechchecks

have been trying to find some information about a vehicle we own and have been on the phone with the rudest person with no customer service skills at all, was put on hold x3 times for no resin, and was constantly cut off when speaking, was told the information i needed was not available anymore i then asked some more question to be cut off and told very aggressively that she had already explained it to me (which she hadn't )so i then asked to be put threw to her manager i was hung up onyet another govt department to deal with

RACHEL ,front counter .needs to change her DISCUSSTING AUTTIDE 3 people went in line b4 me & all 3 of them said the same thing about Rachel .YOUR AUTTIDE IS DISCUSSTING!!!I will never go to the testing station again till she has been told to leave,YR FIRED !!!

Worst Service at Sylvia Park branch.Will not recommend anyone. There is no person who wants to hear what you have to say about their service but will refer to websites to fill forms ..Indian Driving Instructors are the worst.Go to AA for your diving tests.

This is aimed at your Sunnybrae Rd branch!Can you tell me why we are turned away to get a vehicle registered when your staff member says, sorry we only have a few plates left and you will need to call us before you come next time!!Seriously, you have plates and you wont give them up!! How ridiculous is that. Are you open for business or not???Getting sick of the bad attitudes from some at this store.If ever you were trying to keep customers happy, now would be the perfect time!!

Staff almost never answer the phone at branches. Callers are referred to website which doesn't have licensing information. Licensing hours are different from opening hours, and they vary between branches. Some branches are too short of staff to offer licensing as advertised but website still says they do so it's not until you drive there that you can tell (especially as they don't answer the phone). Then they are oficious about the forms they accept and these rules are not available anywhere. Honestly the most circuitous and ridiculous service I think I have ever encountered. No wonder people drive without licenses.
