Generally great service thanks. Using Chinese truck chasis was the wrong choice: too rough a ride. Not happy about most of the busses becoming the same teal color. Who decided that? Unlikely to be a bus user. Passengers need to easily identify which bus is coming or about to leave. Please do NOT make busses the same color. Thanks.

My son and i have no car so we rely on the buses for everything and i find it a wonderful service and i we miss a bus no panic there will be another. Leave home with enough time for appointments best be early,,, I feel sorry for some drivers get abused by passengers,,,,,,,,,,,hello it is not necessary.

Decent service but really need to update their 'livetracker' service so it operates over wifi rather than radio. Constantly makes me and many others miss the bus because it provides inaccurate times which can reach ridiculous lengths if you're in a certain part of town E.g. Sumner. ECan needs to acknowledge that people depend on this service to get to work etc. Why should we jepardise our jobs because metro is unable to provide the cornerstone of a good transport provider - An accurate schedule.

Friendly staff and clean buses. A shame buses 50 %of buses on time with about 15% of services cancelled.

Over all good service, ive taken the bus for years but ive noticed every week when i get paid i cant log online to metro info. It just says my password of log in detials are incorrect. I have to try again in a few hours. When id like to pay all my bills when im paid, as most of us do. Can u please sort this?!?! Inconvenient. Cheers.

The staff behind the counter are wonderful. So helpful and understanding. On Saturday 17/12/2022 I needed to disembark at Kaiapoi Golf Club and board the bus returning to the city. A big shout out to the drivers. A special accolade goes to Chris for being so helpful and cheery. Thank you.

Friendly staff assisted me to get a metro card and load up an amount. Also gave me the timetable pamphlet along with an introduction to the different zones within the metro network.
