Absolutely love this place and so happy I got into it. Amazing school with amazing people that I'm proud to call my second home, friends and family. Highly recommend if you've ever considered giving it a go or want to try something new!

Because someone is very good at something - and those guys surely are - does not mean that they are good when it comes to progressing other people in a safe way. There was clearly no understanding on the impact different exercises have on the body. I did it like that
