Very bad communication and rude. I called and booked and said my service dog was coming and she said ok. When I arrived she said you can't have that dog in here. I said I already said hes coming and you were fine with that! I wanted foils and a straight dry with the iron she told me $130. After doing the hair she left it damp. I said -no I wanted it straightened. I said that also when I booked and she argued with me that I didn't say it and that she was very clear!.no she was very not clear. I was clear! She charged me another $30 to get it straightened. She told me I had grey hair when my natural color is brown and I have light ash blonde foils. I don't have grey. She laughed and said don't you know that you do. I said no because I dont!she said it'sok. I have grey hair. I don't mind. I said well it's not true..and it's not nice to say so and it's my hair not yours. . She was mocking me.poking fun at me. And said it was good very good that I had it and didn't know and didn't want it. What???messed up. Asked for light ash blonde toned -got caramel colour and not toned!. Paid what I'd usually be charged for a half head. I only got 10 foils! Not happy. No wonder the business is empty.
