Meet Fresh

This is one of my family favorite sweet treats. We visited both Balmoral and CBD branches. Some of the staff at Balmoral branch are rude and ignorant. Somehow, during the last visit, we were really happy with the new staff's service. The dessert were great as always. Love the taro and mix nuts.

Dessert was great but place was overcrowded and very busy. Wait approximate 30mins to find a table if you go after dinner. Look short staff so room for improvement for customer service

Ordered the Q Mochi Snowflake! All the toppings were great esp the taro balls. Good amount of dessert, I shared this between my wife and I but could have easily fed 3-4 ppl. Def recommend

The best dessert here is mango and ice cream coconut sago. You'll forget about diet!

We always come here for a refreshing dessert after some heavy lunch.

Stopped by after dinner since we were just down the road. They have a few options of dessert types as well as toppings and drinks. Decided to go with the signature coconut sago and I wasn't disappointed. The sago was made well and had a nice flavour. The taro balls gave it nice chewiness and the mango gave another layer of flavour, although they were a bit hard for my liking. Nice stop for good Taiwanese desserts.

Drinks/dessert are fine but don't expect good service. We're regulars here and tonight we had an unfortunate accident as our paper straw couldn't poke through the plastic covering our drink. The drink spilled all over us and onto the floor (our fault, so we were quick to try clean everything) but the sad thing is that nobody even tried to help us or ask if we were okay. We asked for a mop and was told it was out the back. Someone ended up handing us a mop and we had to mop up the floor and clean the table. We went and bought a replacement drink and left, embarrassed. We had apologized to the staff and tried to explain what happened but they just looked at us and didn't care at all. Not once did anyone try to help. We didn't mind cleaning our mess but what got us was how the staff looked at us and watched while we struggled. Very sad as we're here every week and it seems like we're not worth looking out for.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. The asian girl with the glasses and long hair has a MASSIVE attitude problem. When we went to order she was rolling her eyes and sighing loudly. We then found a strand of hair in our food. What kind of monstrosity was this? Also, the food is very average. I heard the place was supposed to be good. Definitely WON't be coming back here again.

Good size portions, very tasty. Lots of variety in one dish.

Read the reviews and seems like different staff members have different manners. Some employees hate Chinese and some don’t. When we got in they were all ok. Staff members very polite. I really don’t know how much you would hate Chinese while working at a Chinese bubble tea shop? I think the food is awesome
