Fantastic service and communication. I’m happy I found this site I’ve been looking for a hand basin for awhile and I found the perfect one at the bathroom shop at a competitive price. I didn’t hesitate to purchase. Quick delivery especially during the uncertainty of lockdown levels throughout nz. Wish I’d found this business much earlier in my search for bathroom products.

We recently purchased a Pedestal Basin , After a few days and a bit of thought we decided we wanted to change it for another one.We contacted the company and dealt with Nicole Laing who could not have been more helpful and went out of her way to change things for us. We received many emails keeping us informed and the changes were made.Great company and staff .

Selecting the bathroom heater on line was easy. Delivery was quicker than predicted. The 'Whisper' heater is good for our ensuite for quick heating plus the adjustable thermostat helps with running cost. The heater is slightly noisier than expected but still quite acceptable.

Easy trade, due to the lock down in Auckland the delay was unsuitable, sale not completed. However the staff were very helpful through email and phone, I received my refund quickly. I would deal with The Bathroom Shop again

Online shopping with the Bathroom Shop was perfect! great communication, fast and easy.* Unit would be difficult to get into if you are disabled but the staff are super kind and helpful, and i'm sure would bring your items out to you if required.
