Park N Depart

I’ve been using park n depart since start of the year, very reliable and awesome people. Def recommend this place if you’re a frequent traveler or just need somewhere to park.

No one should use or book parking they park n depart. I had the most horrible experience with yesterday! Their website is a disaster, it made it look like you are going to book inside the airport parking but I was astonished when they said I had to go to a different place to park and not inside the airport. The booking had no instructions where I supposed to to park my car as it had an option of parking uncovered so I clicked that thinking that was it. When I entered my ticket thru the machine on the way out, the machine says I have to pay $129 before they can let me out! I rang the airport parking people they said park n depart is a different agency so I rang park n depart, the Indian man answered my call and told me off for parking at the airport and not in Kingsford Smith Street! That wasn’t in the options! The website says you can choose if it’s uncovered or covered! Park n depart should be banned. If you want the stress and love being horrified after your travels, go ahead and book thru them.

Having tried a few long-stay car parking options recently I think it is worth coming back and giving these guys a deserved positive review. They answer their phone almost immediately and have such a great attitude towards accommodating you if needed.One can't control the flight times or if a plane comes in late, therefore having people that understand are available early in the morning and are happy to help is great.I drove my car inside, paid and was in the shuttle in a few min, and at the airport within minutes. Upon pick up, I called and the shuttle was there faster than I could walk from the plane (no luggage to pick up.)Thanks, guys for a great experience!

Great service

Really pleased with this service. We booked at the last minute, and I get anxious with both traveling and putting trust in people I don't know, but I was happy from start to finish and felt we got a great deal for such a low price. I'll absolutely use them again next time!!

Easy to find, nice people, quick and easy shuttle drop off and pick up

my worst experience in New Zealand ever. they did such a bad job repairing my van that i was only able to drive for about a week. they preceded a ton of delays, lies about the order of parts, etc. Then they did not arrange a remedy and again only lies. don't trust them and don't put your cars there!

These guys were great, super reasonable parking with a free shuttle to the airport at any time of the day and free pick up. With secure parking for our car. Would highly recommend and use them again. Lovely people
