I highly recommend this place! Staff was very nice and friendly. Charish was the name of lady who did my ultrasound. She was very friendly and she thoroughly explained everything. She also answered all of my questions and made sure that I feel comfortable. Overall very nice experience!

This will be my 3rd pregnancy and went to the ultrasound clinic for my first come this time I'm running a bit late for a re-booked appointment and because of apparent company policy i was unable to get another appointment! Might i add the only reason i missed the first appointment was because i was in hospital and second had to make it through school traffic to make this appointment and they wouldnt book me again RECEPTIONIST WITH RED HAIR IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!DEFINITLELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I would like to write a great review on Veronica, she has always made our scans very enjoyable and comfortable. We love getting her as our sonographer and she deserves high credit! Always a pleasurable experience when going to the Ultrasound Clinic even when our baby is stubborn and won’t move for scans.. lol

I had my 3D scan last friday 27/01 and I must say, it was all worth it! My sonographer (Cha) was very patient the entire time. My baby was not on the right position but she rendered her time for us to see him. She even allotted her break time for us to extend.We came all the way from auckland and it was the best decision ever. Compared to the prices here in Akl, it is way more affordable. Worth the travel!If you’ll have your next scan, request Cha. She is the best!

I recently had an appointment at The Ultrasound Clinic, and I must say that my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it became clear that the clinic lacked professionalism and attention to detail.I am compelled to share my extreme disappointment with the clinic's unprofessional and rude technician. My entire interaction with this individual left me feeling disrespected and unheard. From the moment the ultrasound procedure began, it was evident that the technician lacked basic courtesy and interpersonal skills. They displayed a complete disregard for patient comfort and failed to provide any reassurance or clear explanations. Instead, their demeanor exuded an air of indifference and dismissiveness.Not only did the technician fail to address my concerns or answer my questions, but they also seemed visibly annoyed and irritated by my mere presence. Their lack of empathy and rudeness made an already anxiety-inducing procedure even more distressing. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism in a healthcare setting.The technician's behavior throughout the entire visit undermined any trust or confidence I had in The Ultrasound Clinic. It is essential for medical professionals to treat patients with respect and kindness, especially in situations where patients may feel vulnerable or anxious. The technician's unfriendly and rude demeanor was a stark departure from the compassionate care one would expect from a healthcare clinic.Moreover, the overall cleanliness of the clinic was subpar. The waiting area looked unkempt and lacked a sense of hygiene. This added to my discomfort and raised concerns about the clinic's commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.I strongly caution anyone considering The Ultrasound Clinic to take into account the unprofessional conduct of their technician. While the clinic's facilities and other aspects may be satisfactory, the negative impact of encountering a rude and unfriendly technician cannot be overstated. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion, and unfortunately, The Ultrasound Clinic fell short in this regard.In summary, I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Ultrasound Clinic due to the unprofessional behavior of the technician and the lack of cleanliness in the facility. I am pregnant with my first baby and I absolutely love this ultrasound clinic, every scan I have had the sonographer has explained exactly what they're doing and what they can see. The receptionists are lovely and I've had no trouble when I have had to change my appointment in any way, it's not a problem at all. I also really love being allowed to take home the printed strip of photos from the scans as I know most places don't offer this anymore, it makes for a great keepsake.

Absolutely appalling service!Went here for an urgent referral for a pregnancy growth scan. Left the appointment feeling more concerned for my babys wellbeing and very upset.Sonographer was extremely rude from the moment she took us through to the room.1. The TV in the room on the wall was turned off.When I asked if it could be turned on so I could see my baby, she said no.I said that it would be really nice to be able to see baby but she again said no, that she was in a hurry to get the scan over and done with and made it sound like we had run late to our appt even though we arrived 30mins early.2. When I asked if I could see baby on her screen she said no and growled me for even asking.3. When I went to message my husband about not being able to see baby at all (I was upset at the fact) she growled me for having my phone out. (Every other ultrasound we had been to elsewhere in Hamilton and Auckland, we were allowed to take pictures of the screen)4. Zero compassion when I explained this was a high risk pregnancy so I was obviously anxious enough as it was.5. Struggled to get measurements, then gave up and said oh well

We live outside of Hamilton so it was our first time visiting the clinic for our gender reveal scan. Our sonographer was lovely, explained what we were looking at on-screen and answered all our questions about baby. Definitely recommend coming here.

The receptionists are rude, poor customer service. But scan lady are really nice.
