I have worked with Michelle in her former capacity as a manager, and was impressed by her sheer drive and energy, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and empathy. As I now seek to grow my business, I am working with her as my business coach. Let me say from the outset that this is far different from reading a few blog posts and books, and watching some webinars and how-to videos.
