Theobroma Chocolate Lounge

My friend ordered Iced Chai Latte and it has a very strong flavour and tooooo tooooo sweet that you can’t even drink, we told the girl about the taste of the coffee and she let us wait for few mins to replace it, finally we got our drink and the cup was all around dirty and we even told them to put the feedback about our experience, she didn’t even bother to clean or say sorry and just left with a really bad attitude. I would never recommend anyone to go to the Obroma in Botany Branch. Rip off

Terrible service, waffle was 32mins, it was not busy, three staffs working at a lazy pace, the old woman has never smiled, and i was told it will be 15mins so we waited however, 32mins later i saw her n her son confused about our order. They also served another table before us with the same waffle.We had our 86 & 77 yr old parents with us at around 9pm for dessert after dinnerWill never go back

I've been here quite a few times.There are different workers all the time.They are all friendly,some more then others.What me n my kids love are the fresh waffles,made to order.They are so divine,and extra delicious.Can not wait for our next treat of waffles from there.

As usual, really good hot chocolates!!Service on the other hand, terrible! Asked for a glass of water and got told that I should buy one. The middle aged lady was quite rude, although the younger staff were pleasant.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We took family from overseas to this place as we had previously enjoyed their waffles at Sylvia Park. We placed our order and were told that there was a 20 minute wait. After waiting for 30 minutes I realised that people who had come long after us were getting their waffles. After inquiring at the counter I was simply told, with any apology, that the docket must have been lost and if I still wanted it. I was told that it would only take a couple of minutes". Having waited for another 15 minutes or so and seeing other customers getting served when I went back I was only served with attitude and the young lady at the counter started to shift blame on others. After waiting for 45 minutes we left with a mere refund and no waffles. No one took ownership and there was no sign of an apology. The three young women at their shop posses no customer service skills."

Love their coffee, strong flavor. Service was okay. Great location.

Spent some time at Botany Mall, so I dropped by Theobroma Chocolate Lounge for a coffee. On arrival, I decided to have an English Breakfast tea instead.The tea was fine, but the tea cups reminded me of a toilet....unusual shape for a tea cup. The tea, however, was lovely. Seating is padded and comfy. Service was fast and friendly.
