Received a product that didn't perform as stated, was told by these guys the problem was with my setup, had the item verified defective by two mechanics, not my setup AND by replacing the part with the same one by another manufacturer and confirming it's performance.Support was terrible, they denied the fault the whole way through, were difficult to deal with and denied warranty. I did get my money back after months of back and forth, and after sending the product back at my cost.
