I was needing help with my desktop and I called Jon for help. He was amazing, professional and nothing was too much trouble. He went the third and fourth mile visiting my home a couple of times to ensure my computer was right. The cost was very reasonable. He also offered to fix a couple of extra things on my laptop and helped resolve a couple of software issues I had. Jon you are just awesome and I will recommend you for sure! Highly recommend Jon and this business. Friendly and very helpful. He answered the phone and emails, answered all my questions and offered advice where I needed it. The desktop was fixed and serviced quickly and inexpensively and is running perfectly. Only sold me what I needed, nothing more. Most importantly, he didn't speak to me as if I was some kind of imbecile, which every other computer service person I have ever dealt with did. Completely satisfied. Thanks.

Jon retrieved all data from my old laptop which had ceased working & then set up my new laptop. He did a fantastic job, is professional, efficient & reasonably priced. I highly recommend him
