Cable Bay Cattery | Cable Bay Cattery is a boutique cat hotel which opened in 2018 and is situated in Cable Bay Northland, conveniently just 200m off SH10 NO dogs, just cats Owned and operated by Don and Ruth White, the purpose built insulated cattery is a small operation designed as a safe, secure and stimulating place where your cat will be free to roam and mingle, or chill out in a quiet space if they prefer their own company All guests have their own room for eating and sleeping We provide everything that the playful young cats through to the sleepy older ones need to stay happy and healthy during their holiday, with sunny airy play spaces both inside and out

Ruth and Don were helpful, flexible and kind regarding Thorn's stay at the Cattery. She was absolutely spoiled and happy throughout her stay, we will be back!

Another great stay for our 'Harry' cat at this superb cattery. You certainly won't find better. Ruth and Don provide the best care and we always come home to one very healthy, happy and spoiled cat. We really appreciate the top service provided. The Catcam is just another brilliant perk, as we love going onto it and watching 'Harry' playing whilst he is there and we are away. Thanks again Ruth and Don!

This kitty home is so good that I have decided to come back in the next life as a cat just so that I can visit! Don and Ruth are the most fabulous hosts and have put a lot of love and thought into setting this up for our fur babies. I don't leave home very often, but when I do, I know that my babies will be in the best possible place and I will have no worries about how they are looked after.

Don and Ruth are total lifesavers! They had my cat, Jack, for little over a week while we acclimatised our UK visitors, and we are level 100 impressed! Jack made friends, climbed, played, slept, ate all his favourite foods and enamoured himself to the hosts in no time.He had his own room, countless toys, his own balcony (his catio haha!) and was more spoilt that he is at home!We appreciated the updates and the videos we were sent of his holidays.I was stress free and relaxed and honestly, so so happy to have found them and the cable bay cattery. Just the most loving caring people. Our rather timid cat will roll over and have him belly scratched and adores uncle Don and Aunty Ruth. 110% recommended. We know our cat is so well looked after here

Cable bay cattery is more like a kitty hotel than a cattery ,guests have rooms not cages, there's windows in every room so they can look outside at the stunning view out over the coast. The owners are very friendly and helpful, clearly very passionate about cats! The attention to detail is awesome, my fur baby rascal has been there twice now, and I wouldn't put her anywhere else. Highly recommended
