Booked NexDo for a (4 bedroom+2 bathroom) move out clean. 95% of the house was done well. Littles details e.g. some cobwebs r missed. Otherwise, the cleaners arrived on time and finished the job in 2 hours.

Good job overall. Some things we would expect to be included like cleaning splashback in the kitchen and beds made (not changed) but we would be more specific if we use this service again. Over all, reasonably satisfied.

I’m very happy with the service. It took some time to find the right housekeeper, but now every clean is perfect. Customer service is great too, they’re always fast to respond, polite and happy to help.

Great app for ease of booking. Still a few bugs to iron out, Eg I chose a gutter clean add-on to my house wash but it was unable to be completed due to them being too clogged up. Needs another question re current state perhaps, so they know whether needs a specialist?The house wash required a repeat visit but they dealt with this swiftly and professionally; the contractor came back, explained why it had happened and got it resolved without any fuss.Be great to see Spider treatment added. The same contractor offers this service but it wasn’t accessible through the app.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible clean and service. We paid $600 for an intense clean, and I struggled to see what they actually cleaned. 90% of what they listed in the intense clean was not completed, even basic surfaces like the kitchen bench were not wiped down. We got in contact with customer service and were really disappointed that we didn't get compensation.It's immoral to take this much money from a consumer and not complete what was promised. Looking at the other reviews on Nexdo, it seems that most people have had a similar experience. Don't use this company, you will regret it.

Absolutely horrible service. Left a massive patch of grass unmowed and didn't take any of the grass clippings. Sent a complaint and received awful customer service (been 3 weeks and still haven't had my issue resolved). I would highly highly recommend not using this company. Seems like a bit if scam

Really not happy with the standard. I won’t be using NextDo again. I left my rental property in a pretty clean state for NextDo to do the detailed cleaning for an exit clean. It looks like the cleaner has walked in and found it already clean so didn’t bother cleaning anything… paid almost $300 for 2x bathrooms, kitchen and garage to be detailed cleaned but found that walls, skirting, the showers, cupboards, stove top, toilet ,the whole garage had not been touched…? Would not recommend.

Got a clean done on our small 2 bed house in less than 2hrs for $100, for a really terrible job. Unsure what the cleaner did in that time to be honest.Complained and got an automated response but never a response from a real person. Tried numerous times to follow up. Would NOT recommend Nexdo at all.We currently get our whole house cleaned spotlessly in 1.5hr from a honest hardworking person for $45. Avoid like the plague.

Do not use this company. I paid $95 for a clean of 2 bed flat with tiny kitchenette in a bedroom. 2 staff were here for about 30 minutes. Staff were friendly but several hours early and missed lots of areas on floors and skirting that were accessible and things on the Nexdo list. Very poor shower clean so I had to do it again myself. No refund for bed change not being done (I requested by email to cancel it before appointment and verbally to the cleaners). Nice people but poor service
