We had a low standing cabinet severely gnawed by a rescue dog. About 12 centimetres were removed in a very ugly way. We covered the damage using wood cement. That merely disguised the raw wood. When he first saw the damage Robbie could give no guarantee that the repair would be inobtrusive but offered his best efforts. In fact the results were superb.The repair was so beautifully crafted the curve and look of the wood were fully restored for a most modest fee. Magnificent job skilfully done in a couple of weeks.

Asking questions is always an important part of determining whether you want to use the services at hand. I appreciate Robbie may have 50 years experience doing Furniture Restoration, but when you ask questions and he snaps and bites at every turn as if he doesn't want the business then I guess I'd rather seek out someone who firstly wants to listen, and then provide the services I need.Perhaps you should have someone else answer your phone for you so that your mood and ill manner doesn't dissuade genuine customers seeking genuine service.

Had three old bentwood chairs now repaired with new cane. Amazing job, true craftsman, even set the colour palette perfectly. Couldn't fault the work at all.

Really unhelpful. Website says they do small jobs - and can pick up and deliver but when I asked about getting a number of pieces of furniture restored (including some that are too large to put he car!) the person answering the phone was rude, unhelpful and basically said he wasn't interested.
