Avon Cattery & Bunny Boarding

We have been a frequent and regular user of Anna's cattery for some years, she's always welcoming and accommodating and we'd made to feel like friends. Our cat receives wonderful care and is always happy and in good condition when we collect her after a stay.

My wife and I left our cat here for nearly two weeks whilst over seas. Anna was absolutely lovely with the whole experience.It was easy to arrange the booking and have the ability to drop off outside the normal hours. They fed her both biscuits and jelly meat and we left some of our treats there as well which she gave to her each day.Halfway through the stay she sent us some text messages with an update on how she was doing with the staff and the other cats (Traditionally isn't so fond of other people!) along with some picture messages where she looked extremely calm and smoochy)On all three visits, the facility smelt & looked clean and the cats all happy. The cats get individual yard time on top of the already good sized inside / outside private room.When we collected our cat she was happy and gave Anna a big smooch as well (Still quite shocked about that!) and looked very well fed.We will be booking our cat in over Christmas with absolutely no worries at all!Thank you very much.Dayton.

Truly fantastic service and lovely people - we're very fussy with where we leave our mittens when we go away, pleased with the excellent facilities and good care here!

Used many times and cat is always well looked after. Can't fault them at all.

Anna has been looking after our cat Pepsi for several years now whenever we go away for more than 1 night. Pepsi isn't a sociable cat, so Anna's ability to cater for her as well as for cats who are much more sociable is ideal.Pepsi is over 15 years old and Anna dispenses the daily medication required for her thyroid issue.The cattery is always warm and clean whenever we visit, and we wouldn't consider leaving Pepsi with anyone else, she is very well fed and looked after at Avon Cattery.

Excellent. Anna took great care of my cats at the last minute after my kitten got an eye infection and my cat sitter got COVID-19. She even gave the kitten eye drops and took her to her vet follow up visit!

Anna was absolutely fantastic with our rabbits she went above and beyond and was so accommodating with our last minute requests. We will definitely be coming back to Anna when we go on our next holiday! Thank you for looking after our fur babies! :)

Used them just once. Very happy with their service. Cats very well looked after. We used them when we were moving. Mad it so much easier to set up new house without worrying about where the cats were all the time

Would highly recommend this kitty camp and will definitely use again. Our girl, who is not used to being left, was very relaxed and in excellent condition when we picked her up. The area is very clean, safe and has an outdoor enclosure for the pets to take turns playing or just enjoying the sun. A big thank you to everyone for the wonderful care ❤
