We got in touch with Matt last year and he came to check out our set up.We had built-in ceiling speakers around the house and in our patio area. They were connected to a Hills Home Hub system that hadn't worked since before we owned the house.We had multiple specialists over to look at it but no one had been able to figure it out or come up with an alternative solution. All we wanted to do was play music / TV through the current speaker set up.Matt immediately  recognized the system and was able to come up with a great recommendation that made a lot of sense. He spent time explaining how everything would work so we were pretty excited that we had finally found a solution.The install went really smoothly, great quality components and no stress. Matt was really patient explaining the instructions and showing us tips and tricks on how to get the most from our new set up.WE ARE SOO STOKED!! I got the referral for Matt from No Cowboys. I had tried googling and this did not yield a good answer. After reviewing people or companies with experience I contacted four. Two replied and both appeared capable. My choice initially was Matts willingness and speed of reply. He arrived for around a one to two hour. There were a variety of legacy issues with our internet setup, outside the initial scope of what we requested from Matt. He solved this problem which many supposed tech experts have either missed or been unable to diagnose. Amazing deep practical knowledge and experience. He made a range of resets with the existing systems, we have two. Both now working superbly. His measured demeanour and delivery is easy to understand for a non-propeller head. The cost was a fraction of what i have previously paid and the results are 100%. My only regret we did not find him 10 years ago and we would have saved thousands. Cannot recommend enough.

Matt from Sound Advice was amazing to deal with. Our WIFI has never been better. He explained everything really well with out making you feel like an idiot. He worked with what you had instead of recommending more expensive options. I would highly recommend Sound Advice and have already referred him to my neighbours.

Matt was right on to the problem. Fairly straightforward for him, but great service. Tidied up a few connection issues with our BD Player and Headphone transmitter. Recommend without hesitation.

We have found Matt Cotton from Sound Advice NZ ltd, absolutely brilliant to deal with. He completely updated our sound system and installed a soundbar to assist with my husband's hearing problem. He provided great advice on the best soundbar to purchase. Matt's after-sales service is exemplary. He explains technical details very clearly. Matt listened to what we required and came up with a solution to satisfy all our requirements. He worked with us to help us understand how to operate our new system and explained it very simply. Our existing internal speakers were fully utilised along with some new technology and we now have a video and hi fi system that is totally devoid of wiring and everything is tucked neatly under the stairs and out of sight. Our wi fi is so much quicker and responsive. We had a slight hiccup with a defective TV and Matt was instrumental in helping us secure a replacement quickly and without fuss. If you want someone who listens, establishes solutions, helps you understand how to operate the new system and goes the extra mile Matt is the person to call. Matt has done several jobs for us, ranging from cell cover extenders, to wifi access points, to surround sound systems. I have a two storeyed brick house in which there were significant problems with WIFI performance and with TV reception.
