Our experience with Simon Lucas has been nothing short of Service excellence. Right from product details, demonstration, experience, to fantastic salesmanship by Himanshu. We were pleasantly surprised to find a non- aggressive car salesman who was not pushy, and one who empowered us with enough information to land on the right decision. Himanshu was pragmatic in his approach and understood our day to day needs and utility requirements when making recommendations and helping us kit out the accessories for our new Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. And unlike our experience with other car dealers, Simon Lucas’s Business Manager Nobby helped with working out different financial options. Was flexible in meeting our needs and financial abilities to enable a successful sale and purchase, unlike other car dealers who were rigid in the structure and were not willing to offer alternate solutions. Thank you Nobby for making us feel in control of our finances. And reasonable too, especially when talking to us about the non refundable deposit, loved his approach and compassion for ‘life happens’ scenarios. And after nearly a year’s wait, Simon Lucas also notified us about a cancellation with the exact same specs fast tracking our car delivery by a month despite global delays. Another great aspect of their service was keeping the customer informed of changes to features, the ETA etc. In our case , semi conductor shortages resulting in feature changes was notified along with notifications of car arrival status. Simon Lucas also went above and beyond in adjusting their car pick up dates for us despite a pretty packed schedule of nearly 8-10 lined up each day. We wanted to share the milestone with a family member who was scheduled to leave the country on our pick up date. They kindly brought the pick up date forward for us because of our special request. One might argue, that would have been easy, but nice to have companies going the extra mile for their customers. Thank you Kelly for making this happen. Lastly, we had a handover from the charming Mike Hanson who by the way has the best Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Walkthrough video on YouTube. Mike was super approachable and friendly, and patiently went over the details and settings with us. He helped us to that degree that we felt right at ease without the stress & tension of driving a brand new vehicle. We got the tour of the service facilities as well. On the whole, we got a First class experience with Simon Lucas. Look no further if you want a genuinely good car dealer.

I love my new ASX VRX and I could not recommend this dealership and Mike Manson enough. Somehow they managed to get my car registered before the clean car tax substantially increased, which was amazing. They go through the car and make sure it's set up for you and go through all the features, it's the best handover I've had. They also take the time to follow up weeks later to ensure your happy. Highly recommended.
