Fantastic company to deal with, fast to come out and measure and quote - super easy to deal with and the carpet was done promptly and it looks incredible. Would definitely use Family Flooring again.

We could not be happier with our new laminate planks. We needed new flooring after the floods on Anniversary day. The concrete floor needed to be leveled and Sean did an amazing job. Patrick arrived yesterday to lay the flooring and was done in 3 hours, once again a very professional finish. Family Flooring couldn't have been more helpful in every way. Had a great experience with family flooring, communication was exceptional, super friendly, easy to deal with, pricing was unmatchable, they made everything super easy. Came over and gave a quote as soon as i spoke with them, set a Date and the job was completed. Very happy with there service and highly recommend. Will surely be using again.

We recently needed new flooring urgently in a downstairs toilet for a family member who is ill and Family Flooring Design were amazing. They came up that day to do a measure and quote and were very helpful and efficient in coming up with solutions to fit our needs. The girls at the office were not only lovely but very well organised and kept us well informed of progress. And Glenn who installed the flooring was amazing and did a fantastic job. Thank you so much to the whole team!

We couldn’t have asked for more from the team at Family Flooring Design Pukekohe. The service and quality of work was excellent! We had some tricky, old tiles to tackle (they were unable to be uplifted) and their awesome floor layer, Glenn, came up with a drama-free solution which has resulted in a beautiful finish for our new vinyl plank floors. We are incredibly happy with our new flooring and would highly recommend the team.

Amazing customer service & great work done. They were super helpful all the way and were kind enough to answer our queries. Although many people suggested to engage an independent contractor, we went with Family Flooring as they managed every detail and made it a great experience. They delivered on everything they promised and we are really thrilled with our new laminate & carpet flooring!
