I have benefited in so many ways from attending Elise's class. I feel that my body is both challenged and relaxed in a warm and supportive environment and the layers of yoga practice are explored. So much more than an exercise class.

I have been attending the Wednesdays class and Elise is a wonderful teacher - she shows you different variations on the traditional poses so that everyone can achieve the best form that suits their ability and body. The chanting is amazing. I leave class feeling so calm and ready for my day. I highly recommend this form of yoga and Elise as a teacher.
