We have all our company and personal vehicles serviced here. The past few visits have been a nightmare at the Airport branch. The most recent being our Ford ranger taking nearly a whole week to diagnose an issue (Radio unit replacement). Which the vehicle was booked in Thursday morning at 8am to be told the Friday evening the “issue” still hadn’t been found. Being a work vehicle, we never planned to have this out of action for more than the day. This wasn’t communicated to us, that this would take “days” to diagnose. So was a huge inconvenience. I was constantly requesting an update and trying to follow up. Communication wasn’t the greatest. Was told different information over the phone, tried confirming over email to be told different to what was told over the phone. Was told the part could take a “couple” weeks once ordered, then later was told 6-8 weeks. Will try a different branch from now on.

Darcy @reception was awesome. She really knew her stuff. Was able to get a service to my Mazda as a drive in with no appointment to resolve a small issue on my dashboard. Is that service or what? 10 out of 10. Thanks team. I can drive home to northland safely. U guys rock!!

Had wof done here and found that the date given was short of the expected date. Wof was done 10 days before time but the date given was 27th June instead of 7th July. Why change the dates to suit you?

I am very happy with the service I received when I get my car serviced. Very friendly staff to deal with.

This truely is the worst run business. All I wanted was a spare key. 16 weeks later I got a call to say it had arrived from overseas!! Ide been quoted $511.00 . I get an invoice for $ 795.00. I didn't pay ofcourse. Then the key didn't lock or unlock the car so I had to take it straight back. What a MICKYMOUSE OUTFIT THIS JOINT REALLY IS. Never again will I have ANYTHING to do with these CLOWNS. DONT GO THERE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO ANYWHERE NEAR THAT JOINT.

Friendly staff. I was welcomed with warmth and care. I even get to meet the mechanic who shared a few details about my car.

Very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was prompt and efficient. I was happy with the service for my MAZDA MX5. I would have liked the service center to have called me up and updated me on the status of the car. I would like more interaction with the service technicians in the future. Thank you
