I bought 3 lengths U channel 16mmX16mmX1,6mm X5,95m and I wanted them cut in half. The price of the actual product was 17$. They charge me a cutting fee of 5$ per cut (total 15$). When in fact it was only one cut as I was standing at the workshop door and heard the cutting machine did only one cut. Huge charge for nothing.

Great service from the owner who guided me where to park, to the two ladies that served me at the counter and the two guys in the warehouse who lifted the sheet of alu on to the roof of my car and complemented me on my car :)I will be back for more!

Yard and office were an absolute mess. Clearly no cleaning or maintenance has been happening for a few years, extremely unprofessional look.Staff were helpful, though it took about 20min for them to find my order and bring it out (not surprising given the piles of junk everywhere)Product is fine.

Bought components of a DIY pergola which was well priced compared to quote I have received. The staff was very patient to explain how the components fitted together and help to work out what I needed as well as sent me video clips on how to assemble some components do stuff. Very happy as it was easy when I got the hang of it.

Ordered over the phone and then they called back multiple times to double check the order, found out order was wrong after I already paid. I then told them it was wrong, they tried refunding me less than the difference between the wrong and right order. The staff mumbled and took way too long.
