We are currently renting a two year old townhouse managed by B&T St Heliers. Today is the third time I have contacted them in regards to maintenance that needs to be done in an attempt to look after the property for the owners... The most import of which is a slate facade that has come loose and fallen onto one of my children. As property owners in other cities i would be concerned if my asset was being managed by this branch.
