No1 Currency

The worst service ever. The lady serving me wasted 1 hour of mine. She kept asking me for all the details that are already in their system. They made me swipe my card for the transfer and then wanted another id. I did not have an additional id on me. They said they cannot complete the transaction. So I said fine - just cancel my transfer and refund the money to me. The lady said they cannot transfer the money to my bank- so I have to take it in cash. She was very rude n inexperienced. The body language seemed like she was just not interested. I had no choice but to take so much cash in my bag and leave the mall. Such a waste of time. My experience with them a couple of years back was great. But the staff was just ridiculous. It’s hard to believe the kind of people that getting hired, r they even trained in their job n also customer service is just disgusting. I would not recommend this branch to anybody n I will never go back to them.

went to the kiosk today about 2pm. The young chap (barely in his teens)at the counter was nonchalant, totally disinterested when i approached him. When i enquired, he told me to come back in 1/2 hour, seems it was his lunch time. However, he was on his computer. Was totally disgusted with his attitude and his total lack of 'customer service'. Wonder why business have such individuals manning their counter. Won't touch this outlet with a 20 feet pole. i have to give it a 1 star else it will not allow me to post this review. It is not worth any start in reality.

Very disappointing! Staff doesn't know their job! Please train them before they waist someones time ( 40min waiting with newborn, and couldn't pick up money). It's absolutely disappointing!!!

Would be helpful if you update your hours on Google when you are closed for whatever reason.

Inefficient and unfriendly

Geetha was extremely helpful and efficient in organising funds from multiple branches at short notice. Thanks to her and all the team for the great service!

I visited this branch yesterday trying to exchange U.S dollars for NZ.  Even though I had all required due diligence; 2 forms of i.d. receipt showing withdrawal of funds (with my name on it), a bank statement showing my name & NZ address, the clerk could not make a decision without repeatedly phoning her manager.  When I offered to show them my bank statement, on my phone, proving where the funds originated, the manager got on the phone with me and said I would have to email the bank statement in and they would have a meeting. ??I then drove down the road to another FX company in Albany, showed them all my paper work and they made the transaction without hesitation. They even had a better exchange rate.The No. 1 in No 1 Currency must stand for 1 Star Service  Or, perhaps they are only used to Grandma buying the odd $10.00 foreign bill to put in a grandkid's birthday card.

Company won't deal with 'indians' is what I was told. Racist and incompetent.
