UPDATE: as of the 12/12/2022. I still haven’t received my items. I am beyond annoyed now as pop stop posted a photo of 3 of my items for sale on the shop floor when I still haven’t received themWarning to other buyers if you want your items in a timely manner never shop at pop stop.I went into the papanui store on the 30th of JUNE the exact day the stranger things pop vinyls first came in, I rung up before I went in and they said they’re still unpacking the boxes so to come in and they should have them ready when I get there. They ended up telling me when I got there they haven’t arrived yet only the Lucas had arrived even though the online store said they were in stores on the 30th so they told me to order online.I placed my order on the 2nd of July for the FIRST LAUNCH, I then check a few days later and the date had been changed to the 31st of JULY so I emailed them and they replied“ We are still waiting for stock to arrive but we should be getting that in around the end of this month”I have now just checked my pop stop orders just now and they have changed my arrival date to 31 of DECEMBER?!?!? And they’ve changed my item to Second wave release??

Love this place, majority of my pops have come from here! I don't like going out very much so I prefer to get them shipped and they have always taken the greatest care to make sure all of my pops arrive safe and secure. Below is a photo of my collection so far

Places a online order 14 days ago, still waiting for my order, no communication what so ever, emailed for a refund and still no communication, worse customer service I have ever had !!!!

I made a mistake and bought a product not knowing what I was actually getting. My fault entirely. The staff were sympathetic and refunded my purchase without any hassle. Awesome service. Thanks for your understanding.

Omg i love this place, can buy alsorts of pop and anime gear. If your into everything related to pops, harry potter, to name a few this is the place to go
