Woeful. All sorts of transport and missing-part issues with my order and this company made no attempt to communicate with me let alone resolve the issues. I had to find the original manufacturer, who did resolve the issues, but what sort of business completely ignores all requests for assistance from their customer? I am still to hear anything at all from this business. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.Following feedback, you need to look at your email and phone providers if you claim not to have received email direct to you from the installer 27 May, follow-up email from me 30th May, a total of 5 phone calls to your 0508 #, all unanswered, on 30, 31 May including at least two voicemails. I think I gave you every opportunity to put this right, short of driving to Tauranga and banging on your door what more could I do??

Mark is a top bloke, easy to deal with and really knowledgeable with the garden sheds. The fact they only sell NZ made produucts is cool too, as they are keeping kiwis in jobs and not exporting them off shore!

Well ,what a great company to deal with and Mark was fantastic to talk to and helpful and i would recommend every one to deal with this company. We rang around and the ones i spoke to just sounded not interested but Mark at this company was tops and when he said some thing he followed through .Top service .
