Good at answering phones, but not very good at responding back to me about my windscreen. Had appointment booked for today to get my windscreen repaired they guy came out and said had to go back see if they had right windscreen for my car. Was told i would be contacted if i had to wait another day. Had to end up calling myself to see how it’s tracking now have to wait till next Tuesday to hopefully get it replaced if i am lucky. Need to sort your communication out as i had my whole day waiting just to be told i had to wait till Tuesday

Dropped my nissan safari off to have the window replaced with a 2nd hand one I hadWas a unsatisfied jobThere was glass fragments all over my steering wheel all over the center console and where the pedals where but didn't notice till the next day because it was dark.I even got glass in my hand as I was driving home from picking it upThe sealing job of the window looks pretty roughThey scratch my new windowDidn't clean the glass either finger marks and suction cup marks all over itDriving in the rain other day and notice it was bubbling water on the inside of the window probably from the rough sealing job tooWill upload photo tomorrow

Exceptional customer service, making the booking process super easy and timely. Staff were incredibly efficient and had a great level of care. Was delighted to be slotted in so quickly after a car window was smashed on my vehicle with a break in. Very fast turn-around, thorough and efficient on the day of repair too! Highly recommend! Will be spreading the word!

I had left my car at Airpark Canterbury for a month as my ferry was cancelled. Rachel at Novus was really helpful and supportive at this stressful time. My car was booked in for a new windscreen the day of my flight back to Christchurch. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I was able to get to Picton.

On the day I took my car in to have the windscreen fixed you obviously had trainees doing a job that you charged out at a professional price. They put my rego and warrant stickers in the middle of the window. Absolutely poor placement that only a person that has never driven a car before or knows nothing about cars would do. I actually couldn’t believe it. Then to find the 1.5l bottle of coke that one of your sloppy workman left on my bumper bar was just absolutely rediculous. I know its school holidays but untrained kids should not be changing windscreens. No wonder it took 5 hours.
