I came for blood test etc. was treated very rudely and roughly by the south Asian woman. She was speaking very rudely and was ordering. she was continuously instructing without listening or understanding what I was trying to ask. Next day when I went to give my sample she was sitting on top of counter behind the main reception and dangling her legs. She is absolutely horrible and professional.

Came in for a simple blood test. Was treated as just another number. They were rough in manner and rough with the needle. Left with blood and a bruise from the needle which is a first for me. A bit of care goes a long way.

Came in for a blood test the whole place is not clean filthy marks on door no instructions on where to put samples had to ask nurse what she was saying too me that's why I rate it 2
