We visited Flora and Co from out of town. Maree was super knowledgeable, helpful and even packed our plants for transporting back to Wellington safely! The shop had an amazing variety. I would probably call this shop one of my favourite shops in New Plymouth

Love the shop and staff! The person who welcomed us in the shop was extremely knowledgeable about caring for indoor plants. Thanks to her, I was able to resurrect my dying plants at home!

Great collection but lack of personal touch in service. I would have bought more plants butstaff's lack of interest and no engagement in answering queries spoiled all the excitement I had since I visited last evening (same staff) ,end up buying only 1 plant due to bad client service, sad experience.------Reply to owner---- Thank you for your prompt response. Really appreciate this. Visited Saturday evening and Sunday Morning (29th Dec), would definatly visit your store when in NP next. Thank you.

I visited NP from out of town and this shop caught my eye, the owner/staff was so lovely and we had a good chat while the store was quiet. A great selection of healthy beautiful plants, I brought several things excitedly and will definitely return on my next visit!
