Friendly atmosphere and skilled stylists. I am super happy with the Kerasilk Treatment I received, my hair was coarse and unruly prior to the treatment and weeks on it is soft, smooth and very manageable.Highly recommend this salon.

Cowan fixed my botched balayage!!!! He did an AMAZING job, I was so shocked how well he fixed it and made it look how I actually wanted it in the beginning! 100% recommend !

After 45 minutes waiting on service (past my appointment time) I decided to leave as no one had touched my hair. If your time is not important then this salon should be fine for you.- this review is not a reflection on the place just the poor/lack of service.

Jennifer has been my hairdresser for over 3 years n she is the best. My hair always looks amazing when I leave the salon and what's even better is she gives me tips to keep it looking good when I'm at home. Cannot recommend this salon highly enough! I saw Cowan to transition my hair from platinum blonde to a more lived in brunette-blonde colour. My hair was extremely damaged and I thought it was too far gone to ever look great again. Rest assured, Cowan is extremely professional and understood exactly what I wanted. He was extremely prompt, professional, and made it look amazing while not further damaging my hair and keeping what little integrity it had left.The icing on the cake is that him and his colleague Tyler are SO friendly and our conversations made my day that much brighter. If you're after an absolutely amazing new hair colour alongside a friendly chat with the stylists, I couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks guys, you rock!

Vivo Fanshaw St is beautifully presented, clean and relaxing and Cowan is beyond wonderful. He redid my keratin treatment after an unsuccessful attempt at vivo ponsonby and not only his work was flawless but also he is very professional, super smart and talented and takes client needs seriously.
