super easy to arrange a house wash from Auckland - for my Nelson property... a sooty coating of grim was removed and Hamish left the house clean and with a new lease on life. He took extra care to ensure the flyscreens grime was removed. Highly recommend his services. A soft brush clean and no harsh products - very effective.

Hamish was referred to us and has been clearing our gutters, doing the odd waterblasting and washing windows at our own home and our rental properties for some years now. Hamish is friendly and professional and always makes himself available. He is always punctual and extremely efficient. Hamish cleans up after himself and does a great job! If there are any problems, he will come back and rectify things providing great service!

Hamish was very personal and professional. He really listened about my concerns for my paint, and possible water damage on my character house, and did a fantastic job. He was very careful with my gardens, and did not disturb any of my rose beds. I will definitely book him in again.

I called to ask Hamish about cleaning the gutters and he ended up water blasting the house and part of the driveway for me and helping me clean a fountain. I’m already making a list for next time. It was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with the service and quality of work from Building Upkeep Services. Great care was taken in cleaning the house and a very thorough job was done spraying the lichen. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
