I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Germany for our daughter in Wellington. She told me, that the bouquet was very nice and in a very good condition. Because she was not at home, the deliveryman contacted her by phone and deposit the bouquet on the agreed place with a litte deposit of water.Everything was perfekt.Thanks

We misunderstood what happened to an order we tried to place. We emailed the florist and Tracey responded very quickly. She sorted out our questions and was very accommodating. We just received word that our order has been delivered. Our long time friend will have a beautiful bouquet on time for her birthday. Thank you Tracey! We live in Colorado and have found that Black Rose Florist is the best for getting quality flowers delivered on time in Tawa.
