Stopped in with a fault coming up on my Ranger, diagnosed and cleared while I waited as we were travelling through Alex. Friendly Service manager and very helpful. Would not hesitate to go back.

Took my xr6 to them with a knocking and lacking power $850 later still had EXACT same issues I took it back they then told me they can't figure out what the power issue is until it pretty much completely fails. And the knocking was shocks. $2000 they quoted to do 4 shocks!!!. Absolutely disgusted with them and wouldn't let them work on my wheelbarrow... Why can't i review 0/5??UPDATE; took my vehicle to Dunstan Automotive in Clyde and within 5 minutes the boys worked out knocking was sway arm bushes... Shocks are MINT!!! And the lack of power was a coil pack - they figured this out by taking them all off and found hairline crack in one.. $2850 is what this business would have fleeced off me and it wouldn't have changed a thing... When I rung the Dunedin manager Matt Greene (who gave his own business a 5 star Google rating haha) he told me he isn't going to refund anything and told me my business is not longer welcome!! As if I would ever take my vehicle to such a pack of Cowboys!!!AvOID THIS BUSINESS at all costs!! Currently in process of complaining to MTAPretty sad when a self owned mechanic knows fords better than a ford agent!!!!Give butch a ring at dunstan automotive!!

Wish I never gave this garage my time & money way over priced & will have you on big time!! Now trading under Dunedin city Ford. Sad as last owner really had a good business. Hope they wake up in the near future or they will not last in a town like Alexandra as word gets around I am not the only one who has found a issue with this place..
