Website is super easy to navigate, when I placed my order and I didn't receive a order confirmation, I called and followed up with a man named Jake,Jake was super friendly and helpful and sent me an order confirmation due to their system being a bit overloaded due to Kings birthday specials, Never the less, a few days later, all my components arrived in Christchurch!Jake asked me to keep him up to speed in terms of the delivery process and he was super helpful and friendly whenever I opted to call him just to follow up to make sure someone was at home to receive my order!Thank you ExtremePC and Thanks Jake!!!

Fantastic customer service. I initially went into pbtech to have them look at my PC that wasn't booting - I'd done a bunch of troubleshooting already so just needed them to check if the power supply or motherboard was at fault. They said it would cost $80 and take 3 days. I went across the road to Extreme PC and they were unbelievably helpful. They had my PC connected to a new PSU in about 5 minutes, confirming this was the issue. I bought the power supply then and there. I'll definately be coming to you first in future.

Poor customer service. Bought a laptop worth about $1.6k last September and chose to click and collect. When I went to the store to pick it up, the staff that attended to me was quite rude and unprofessional. This is what happened:The staff asked me how he could assist me, and I told him I had an order to pick up, he asked my order number, and I was just like umm...." and reached my pocket to get hold of the confirmation email for my order. Had an issue with an order and wasn't happy with response from one staff member, spoke with another and he offered me a partial refund and free headset as an apology. Amazing customer service from this gentleman and I've now changed my mind and would definitely order from extremepc again!

Hit and miss experience from ExtremePC - Took a Corsair 850W PSU in for warranty after only 6 months.Front counter staff very professional and helpful, however whoever runs the technical side could use more training. Instantly accused that my motherboard caused damaged, given a dead PSU as a loaner - Test your equipment!Took a while, didn't answer phones when I rang, no voicemail (it's full). Came back in to pickup new PSU, didn't get the same colour I ordered which I paid extra for, and the staff helping me didnt know what he was doing, told me I only get a refund despite being promised a replacement.Jake from the front desk - Super good dude, very helpful. Wish you had more staff like him

I brought a 4080 and rang for advice re the anti sag kit. Was told the kit that came with it won't fit and not to waste my time. It did fit. Worrying people who sell parts don't know anything about them. Shows they don't know what they're doing other than selling parts.
