A long overdue review (been in Jay Bee Mt Roskill in Jan 2020), but had to do it since they managed to fix a car of mine, a Nissan, which has been giving me issues for years, all in one afternoon! There was a tall skinny guy there whom I can't remember his name (Dean? or Ben?) who spotted the loose wiring, and voila, the car runs like new again - and come to think of it I had almost let the car go for cheap considering the terrible idling issue. Absolute legend! Someone please give that guy a raise, he deserves it!

The owner is so kind (BEN), and he got awesome and great people working with him specially Ash and Joe at Mt. Roskill branch. They provide excellent customer service, also knowledgeable when it comes to automotive issues. 5 star for JB and highly recommended!!!!

We were referred here by our mechanic for an issue he couldn't resolve. The service from Joe and team was excellent - the problem was recognised immediately, I was well informed of the components likely required before work began and they fixed it up very quickly at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Experienced bad customer service.I bought battery from here. It was under guarantee of 2 years. After 13 months it wasn’t working when I went here, they didn’t co-operate properly with me. I saw a bill. And They even after charged me 20$ for Re-charged the battery.I already spent 180$ on first time. Not recommending anybody.

Did full service and Wof last week. Joe was very professional and explained all the things in detail which is amazing for somebody like me who knows little about cars. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

I'm really disappointed with the service I received when getting a new battery fitted on my Ford Focus last week. Originally I was impressed with the quick work the team had done. However, after work yesterday my car battery appeared to be dead again and despite my best efforts to use jumper leads to start the car, it would not work. Luckily I have an AA membership and was able to call them out (which took 90 minutes to arrive and meant I had to miss an important meeting that afternoon). It was a simple fix - one that should have been performed by the Jay Bee team when fitting the battery. The battery terminals weren't cleaned at all and corrosion was left on the terminal which meant that no metal to metal connection was made and therefore the car would not start. It literally took the AA guy 2 minutes to fix. He said this is a basic and as an auto electrician Jay Bee should know better. I would have thought that paying $250 would mean a proper job would have been done. Would not recommend this service

I had superb service from Ash. I was welcomed warmly, helped promptly, and made to feel at ease. We had a brilliant conversation. Great top-notch service and a very good price. Open on Saturdays too! Highly recommended.
