first time archer. waiting around 20mins for assistant. just told me prices to the bows $1000-$4000. no help. left the shop. when into Advanced Archerygot setup and brought a bow for $1500. I feel like I racially profiled as I am dark skinned. just wasted my time going into this place.

James is a very knowledgeable and helpful person. If he has time, he will work on your issue straightaway, otherwise, he will give you a call when the job is done which is a few days at the most. The store has a wide range of archery products suited to everyone and evenly priced.

I went in with my own second hand equipment and the team did a fantastic job - checked it over, did some minor tweaks. I then spent more than an hour being helping to set up my equipment for me and some instruction. I came away feeling more confident and sime good tips to build on good habits. Now I need lots of practice.Would highly recommend the shop. They have a great passion and lots of knowledge and skills in this amazing sport

One of my favorite shops! Well stocked with a good range of products. Includes a short indoor target range to try out before you buy.James was an absolutely brilliant to deal with when he helped set up my new bow (2 years back), showing me a lot of what he was doing and answering all of my questions :), and took his time in getting everything spot on.And went there after two years for new limbs, still the first class service! I have been to other archery shops but gutted with their responses and attitude! Two thumbs up to James..very knowledgeable and friendly :)Definitely my go-to bow shop!! An excellent place for all your archery requirements :)

Great service here, I came into to enquire about purchasing a bow and they were awesome. They spent time explaining everything a beginner would need to know and listened to me so I could be informed and get the best set up to suit my needs.

Dealing with James at Archery Warehouse has been nothing but a pleasure. He is very attentative to what you need. He is a wealth of knowledge too. My order was on time as he promised and a smooth transaction. He shows great customer service. Other bow companies in New Zealand need to follow this as its been a shocking experience dealing with them.
