The ladies at the vet were so lovely and kind to my husband and I when we brought in a poor duck who was hit by a car. They had arranged for him to go to a bird sanctuary/rehab and were extremely hospitable. Thank you for your kindness

Not very helpful at all, got turned away at 4.15pm because we are not clients with my 12 week old puppy to take her for her shots, then to be scolded for putting her on the ground about Pavo going around when that was the whole reason I took her to the vet. I finish work at 4pm my mum said she wasn't feeling to well today so I thought okay today's the day ill go sign her up register her & get her shots as I've already dewormed & deflead her, only to be told no we are not clients & to go all the way to Kawakawa or Kerikeri when we live in this area. What a joke. By the time I get to those vets they'll be closed. Thanks for the help call yourselves a vet.

Natalie and the vet nurses at Village Vets are the best, knowledgeable, and caring. Your pet could not be in better hands. Love them.
