TANK Te Rapa - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Turned up at 8.57am, asked if I could order now and was told no we open at 9am. I went elsewhere who wanted to take my order. A little customer service goes a long way Tank Te Awa. So 1 star review for poor Customer service

Unfortunately Tank Te Rapa is a little bit lacking in customer service. I went in to pick up an order I made through the app and the young lady working avoided my eye contact for a good while before she greeted me, I asked for “an app order for ***” and she responded with “Yup” and stared at me blankly before saying “wait, what? What did you say?”. I repeated myself and she asked if it was through Mobi. I said it was just through the Tank app and showed her the confirmation email. She then asked if I had ordered it from The Base. I said no and showed on the confirmation where it said “Te Rapa Road” she then proceeded to call The Base store to see if they had my order and they told her no. She then called another store who I am assuming also didn’t have my order. She then put the phone down and wandered away from the counter to do something else, without actually informing me if I was going to get my juice. It was eventually handed to me by a young man…. Can I suggest not having staff on your front counter if they are not confident in dealing with the public in a professional manner. This is not the first time I have felt rudely treated in this store.

So good! Would buy everyday if it were as close to work as it used to be. order before, can be a long wait at around lunchtime.

Went in here at 9am last week 2 young girls were on. 1 young blonde girl very moody because I came in at 9am for a salad and a smoothie. She started passive aggressive slaming doors and banging and crashing, then buggered off out the back for like 2 minutes mid making the salad.The other thing that I think is wrong with this franchise is they dont make the food within the customers view like the other stores. Customers need to see whats being made and how its being made, to ensure consistency and hygiene.

Excellent service from these guys. I had an issue with my online order and they handled it like true professionals. I would definately recommend this tank to more people.

I come here quite often and don't have a problem. But last time I went there, three Indian girls were working and this one girl was full blown yelling and screaming at this other girl cause something had gone wrong- Just a bit awkward to watch as a customer.

I have been to this tank store twice now and I haven't had to wait very long at all! The first time was in the middle of lunch and I waited 7 minutes, the second time i waited less then two minutes. My smoothie was perfect both times and my salads were delicious too. Will definitely be back again

Giving one star because I can’t give zero. Paid $9.50 for about 100ml of juice, the cup was full of ice and majority of it was froth. Don’t usually write bad reviews but this was very disappointing and not worth anywhere near the price I paid.

Service, quality of everything has gotten so much worse since Tamara the manager n her fab crew left n I've been going to this store for about 4/5years! Where did all your good workers go???!!
