I don't normally do reviews, but after my recent experience, found the need to. I walked in today before lunchtime, the shop was empty besides me. I spent about 5 minutes finding what I was after, and there was just the one lady on the floor, who was on her phone slightly behind the back door the whole time. She didn't acknowledge me at all. When I went to purchase, I had to say excuse me" after another few minutes to get her attention

Poor customer service. Spent time on the phone while my partner was in there, the second a customer wearing nice attire walked in she paused her call and asked her for assistance then returned back to her call without even asking my partner for help. Good manners go a long way. Working between 10-11am 21/06/2018
