Pestproof are amazingly responsive, friendly, and helpful. Our company have been using them for years. They are good at education, diagnosing the problem and ways to prevent recurrence. I've also noticed they will not pointlessly spray chemicals about if it isn't needed, which saves money, our health, and our environment. One of the most trustworthy companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Well done Pestproof.

Pestproof stands by their word. Seriously!The young man who administered the and treatment at my home is a real professional who cares for the customer. Simply outstanding! He was efficient and polite. After completing the job, he gave me a brief report of what he observed, what he accomplished, and what I might expect next.The White-Footed ants found in NZ are very hard to eradicate. Pestproof has gladly performed return service to make sure my house is ant-free!

Great, no-nonsense service, Paul was committed to solving our mouse infestation quickly and permanently with expert knowledge and advice. We contacted PestProof about a wasp nest (originally we thought it was a bees nest and PestProof kindly connected us with beekeepers to resolve the issue). Once we realised we were dealing with wasps, Denise in the office organised for their extermination and removal on the same day. They were so helpful, prompt, and very reasonably priced. We're thrilled with the result.

I can't speak highly enough of these guys. They should run a clinic on reliability, perseverance and commitment!Lee came to perform a free follow-up, as I was concerned that something might have died where it shouldn't. I was amazed by his approach to his work. A pretty awful job that he approached with positivity, friendliness and thoroughness.Luke who had made the first visit shared the same great attributes.I just simply wouldn't consider using anyone else. They were that good!
