Pacer-Green Rhino Car Clean Products (NZ)

Awful experience. I bought a $1200 shampoo machine and 8 months later it broke. Returned it for repair and it took an entire month. They took 1-2 weeks to send it 10 minutes down the road! arguing to customer service at pacer and Kerrick ( the brand of vaccum ) I finally have my tool back. ONLY after threatening to take it further! Pacer wanted nothing to do with me and my issue. Kerrick solved the issue in the end. I would NEVER buy another tool from Pacer after this terrible this experience - I've spent thousands of $ over 5 years here. They don't value customers at all. Mike was condescending in person and passed no information to Kerrick when I returned the vaccum, leaving me with the issue of having no tool for a month. Thanks Pacer!

The customer service at this place is horrible. There product is even worse. Spent $1100 on a vacuum that only lasted us 2 months. When i purchased the vacuum it was not complete, they took parts from other vacuums. There was also water sitting inside the tank. Must of been used.

Your business hours are not listed on your website ... and when your phone message says your open on Saturday morning ... I went there and you were CLOSED!!!! I travelled 30kms to get there!!! WASTE OF TIME!!!

Great place to shop. All the customer service representatives provided great service.

Customer service is rubbish, sent emails to the local rep (Jared)who never got back to me after following up with a further email 2 weeks later. Rang their office and spoke to someone regarding my product inquiry who advised it would be best to send photos through to their sales team which was done the following day. It is now been 23 days with no reply even after a follow-up email.
