The most AMAZING service from Karl at Penrose, Auckland. Flooring Xtra in Howick and also Mt Welllington let me down awfully however Karl restored my faith in top class customer service. Thank you so much for your help today.

Look Floors (Penrose) provide excellent service. They know their regular customers by name and are so helpful. You even get offered a coffee if you have to wait. Personally I just want say thank you to Bronwen for her help and great service.

Spoke to a guy over the phone at 4 10pm today. His name is Paul W. He was rude over the phone. I asked him a simple question and he said ' mate if you ask a question like that I'm gonna hang up...I then proceeded to ask him about choosing an ardex moisture barrier as I was wondering which one to choose. I asked him I can choose any one? He said they yep they all are all just moisture barriers. He obviously didn't know the difference between the ardex products so he winged the question and said I could use any. Not happy with the service, hope next time I can speak to someone who knows what they are talking about and is friendly over the phone.

Really fabulous customer service. My Bona floor mop wasn't working as expected and Paul simply provided a new one! So easy to deal with and the standard of service will ensure we think of Look Floors again anytime we need anything to do with floors! Thanks again. Very impressed.

Thanks to the owner for swapping over a couple of transition bars for me, even though I had purchased them 2-3 months ago and it was all of about $90.There is always a back story and mine is that I live in the Far North and had a builder install a new floor two months ago, but my product quantity was off. This was my first chance to drop in (310km from home) and ask for a straight product swap.I'm the little guy home owner who doesn't buy a lot, so I really appreciated the opportunity to do a straight swap. Thanks for making a positive difference to my day.
